Second Level Support Engineer for Value Added Products
As a 2nd Level Support Engineer at Creditinfo, you will be responsible for supporting reported application issues across the product portfolio and finding solutions to various clients’ requests in collaboration with Level 1 and Level 3 Support teams, ensuring a top-quality service is delivered to all consumers.

What you will focus on
- Ensure all issues are properly logged
- Analyze and solve application issues / errors within value-added products on application, middleware, infrastructure and database layers
- Perform standard configuration changes within applications
- Closely collaborate with 1st Level and 3rd Level Support team
- Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers
- Prioritize and manage several open issues at one time
- Document technical knowledge
What you should know
- MS SQL, Postgres (optionally relational databases)
- Microsoft Windows Server OS, Linux and Networking
- Troubleshooting based on the information from the application and the system logs
- Strong command of English language (both verbal and written)
What you should have
- Proven work experience as a Technical Support Engineer, Desktop Support Engineer, IT Help Desk Technician or similar role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills paired with the ability to diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues
- Ability to manage own professional development, contribute to functional knowledge building and provide constructive feedback to the operational and development teams
- Ability to learn new things and to solve technical challenges
It will be nice if you have or know
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent area
- Experience with React, RabbitMQ and CouchBase
- .NET and C#
- Knowledge of ITIL principles and processes
