Creditinfo is looking for a skilled colleague for the position of Accountant / Invoice Clerk with a degree in economics to support the finance department and handle day-to-day accounting operations. Creditinfo will provide you with a unique opportunity to gain work experience as an Accountant / Invoice Clerk. You will be part of a small team of professionals who work hard to keep the company’s finances transparent and in order. The ideal candidate is well versed in accounting principles, good with numbers and attention to detail. The goal is to contribute to the overall efficiency of the finance department.

Responsibilities

  • Bookkeeping in accordance with legal and corporate requirements
  • Recording incoming and outgoing invoices
  • Supporting closing activities
  • Check accounting for all accounting transactions
  • Communication with auditors, HR, and participates in all inspections from state authorities
  • Communicating within the finance team at all levels of the company as needed and clients
  • Communication with financial authorities
  • Assisting in comprehensive account reviews
  • Documents financial transactions by entering account information
  • Answers accounting procedure questions by researching and interpreting accounting policy and regulations
  • Ensure that all relevant information is correctly inserted in the accounting system
  • Interest in automatisation of processes, simplification

Requirements

  • Minimal 3 years relevant experience.
  • Advanced Czech and English
  • Good MS Office skills particularly strong capabilities in MS Excel.
  • Able to work independently and highly meticulous.
  • Working experience in Pohoda is highly regarded.
  • Based in Prague.
  • Start ASAP/agreement.
