Responsibilities

  • Gather and document business requirements, ensuring clarity and accuracy.
  • Assist in analyzing current business processes and systems for improvement.
  • Collaborate with teams to translate requirements into technical specifications.
  • Support testing phases to ensure solutions meet business needs.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and contribute to strategic initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Proficiency in English language (mid-level).
  • Familiarity with data analysis tools such as Excel or SQL.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • strong logical mindset and a dedication to continuous learning and quality

Nice To Have

  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools.
  • Basic understanding of banking sector processes, products, and regulations.
  • Fluency in a second language such as French, Russian, or Arabic.
  • Previous involvement in cross-functional projects or business transformation initiatives
  • Interest in data science concepts, including machine learning and analytics methodologies
